6 Reasons Yogis Prefer Practicing at Bliss

    There is no denying there are several wonderful studios in the Abq area with a variety of instructors to choose from. Among those studios Blissful Spirits is high on the list of preferred studios so we'd like to highlight why Bliss is a go to studio in Abq according to our students. 

Community - Aside from coming to our studio to practice yoga, our students and instructors have created a community. This has allowed a space for social connection and created bonds. Students come together at our studio and are able to bond with like minded individuals who make the daily effort to improve their mental and physical health. This connection brings us together to support each others practices whatever the intention may be. 

Instructors - At Blissful Spirits we celebrate all of our instructors diverse and unique approaches to guiding the practice. With over 30 well experienced instructors our students are able to pick the teachers they connect with the most. Because our studio has been open for 13 years, and we have high instructor retention, our instructors are very experienced and continue their education annually. 

Affordability - We believe that a yoga practice should be accessible to all yogis no matter their income which is why our owner Melanie St Georges has made little price adjustments to our monthly and drop in rates in the 13 years we have been open. Although the market has fluctuated due to yogas increased popularity Blissful will remain one of the most affordable studios to cater to all of our students pocketbooks. 

Variety - With the largest and most versatile schedule in town, Blissful has classes of all styles from 5:30am through 9pm everyday. Our classes are available 17 hours a day to help our students get their practice in when it works for them. 

Location - Blissful Spirits has 2 locations. Our Abq location is located right off of Paseo Del Norte making it a quick hop off of I-25 for our students located on the east side of town and a straight shot over the river for our yogis on the west side. Our Rio Rancho location is also perfect for our students living on the west side who don't feel the need to cross the paseo bridge, and even if you live in east Abq, our rio location is only 15 minutes away from our Abq studio so you can still catch your favorite instructors when they're in Rio. 

Facilities - We are here for our yogis who are always on the go! Squeezing in your practice during your busiest days is not always easy. Our yogis can always count on our full service studios with lockers, shower facilities, and retail (for the days you forget your favorite pair of leggings). And we're always happy to provide water stations so our yogis can stay hydrated!

We understand our yogis have many options for studio spaces to practice so we will always work hard to let them know just how loved and appreciated they are. We are so proud of the family we have formed.
